Your Initial Consultation: To begin your event's journey, we invite you to submit an inquiry and schedule a personalized walkthrough of the estate. This allows us to understand and help bring your unique vision to life.

Formalize Your Arrangement: Partnered with our event management team, they will learn your vision and how it relates to The Estate. You can review menus, inventory, and floor plans before determining your visions path. Upon the execution of your contract and the placement of your deposit, you'll continue to collaborate with our dedicated event management team. They'll meticulously ensure every detail of your vision is brought to life, from selecting the perfect menu choices and curating bespoke bar menus, to helping you designing the event's aesthetic with colors, signage, and optimal placement for every element.

The Orchestration of Your Event: We eagerly await the culmination of your vision.

What truly sets us apart is our all-inclusive approach, simplifying your journey from initial planning to catering, exquisite décor, comprehensive bar services, and seamless day-of coordination.

Further Refinements:

For your wedding reservations, you'll have exclusive access to the estate from 1 PM to 5 PM on Friday for any large details to placed as well as your rehearsal with your day of coordinator. Should your rehearsal dinner follow, your reservation will extend to 8pm. On Saturday, the estate is yours from 9 AM to 11 PM, providing ample time for getting ready, and your celebration. Finally, you will select a time between 10am-12pm to ensure all personal items have been restored to you. Should you prefer to host a farewell brunch your reservation will extend from 10am-1pm.

While my journey led me to Butte County over a decade ago, these past eleven years have been the most transformative and fulfilling of my life being able to give back to the community and build meaningful relationships with so many great people. I find my greatest inspiration in the simple elegance of a perfectly shaken oat milk espresso paired with profound conversation. Above all, my life’s work has culminated in my most cherished achievement: my daughter. 

While my professional career spans eleven years, the art of hospitality has always been woven into the fabric of who I am.

What is your favorite Cocktail?

I will do anything for Champagne! 

What is your favorite part of an event?

Witnessing a bride take her first steps toward the altar remains my most cherished experience. In that moment, the immense dedication behind the scenes vanishes, leaving only her luminous presence to take center stage

I am a Chico native who has spent the past decade working in the beverage industry. I started bartending at age 21 at Chico's favorite watering hole, Madison Bear Garden. From there, I dove deeper into the world of spirits by becoming a distiller, learning the ways of the still to produce everything from bourbon to the delicate processes of gin and vodka. Spirits and cocktails aren't my only passion, though; I'm also a lover of live music, snowboarding, and home cooking.

I have officially been in the event industry for three years now, but because of my bartending history, you could say every Friday and Saturday night I spent behind a bar was a party! My love for a good celebration and sharing those special moments where time seems to melt away make it a no-brainer that I love this industry.

What is your favorite Cocktail?

That is almost too hard to choose, but if I had to narrow it down, it would be between a Paper Plane and a Naked & Famous. I could easily write a college dissertation on how a fat-washed bourbon pairs perfectly with a maple foam in an Old Fashioned variation, but whenever I'm at a bar, I’m guaranteed to order one of my two favorites.

What is your favorite part of an event?

Seeing a crowd enjoy all the little details from the planning process as if they were a natural part of the environment. I love knowing that guests can take a few hours just to enjoy themselves in the company of those around them.

Growing up in Chico blossomed a community of friendships outside of
my generational roots. Taking those connections and nurturing them are something I hold close to my heart. My loved ones mean everything to me and I would not have a foundation without those relationships.

I have had the pleasure of working in the event industry for the
past 10 years. It started with a love for live music that grew into a
passion for the planning process. Finding my perfect match in event
planning and utilizing prior strengths to their potential, fills my
soul.

What is your favorite Cocktail?

My wedding signature cocktail was a Mint Julep. - a nod to the
timeless classics.

What is your favorite part of an event?

Feeling the flow in seamless teamwork. There is no greater feeling
than creating and executing someone’s dreams. When you are surrounded
by others with the same sentiment, that magical energy seeps into the
celebration.
